In 2024, Founder of the nationally recognized Spa Boss Tribe Candace Holyfield Parker selected Stacey Kimber as leader for the State of Alabama. Since that time, the 501c3 non profit organization was born from a vision to unite and uplift women and men across the beauty, spa, health and wellness industries. What began as a small network of passionate professionals quickly grew into a statewide movement - a powerful sister/brotherhood build on collaboration, education, and community service.

Our chapter president/founder, Stacey Kimber has recognized the need for a safe, supportive space where spa owners, estheticians, massage therapists, coordinators, nurses, nail techs, cosmetologists, DOT/ lab owners and more could connect, grow and thrive together. From that vision came not just a tribe, but a family of leaders dedicated to excellence, empowerment, and impact.
