Returns/Refunds

We take pride in the quality of our t-shirts and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, email us at spabossesofalabama@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • If you prefer, you can opt for store credit to use on future purchases.

5. Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
